By accessing or using the Bihishaan website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Orders & Payments

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability or pricing errors. Payments made via Bangla QR or other digital methods are verified before order confirmation.

3. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders. Inside Dhaka delivery charge is ৳80 and outside Dhaka is ৳130. The customer must pay the full invoice amount upon delivery.

4. AI Features

Bihishaan Glow provides general skincare guidance based on AI analysis. It is not a medical diagnosis. Always consult a dermatologist for persistent or severe skin conditions.

5. Limitation of Liability

Bihishaan is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
